Delivery Policy

1) Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the island of Montserrat. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and within our coverage zone before placing an order.
2) Delivery Slots
- Select your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout.
- Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
3) Delivery Times
- We aim to deliver within your chosen slot, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unexpected circumstances.
- If there are significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4) Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery slot and location.
5) Receiving Your Order
- Please make sure someone is available to receive your order during the selected slot.
- If no one is available, we may:
- Leave your order at your doorstep (at your risk), or
- Reschedule delivery for another slot (which may incur an extra fee).
6) Failed Deliveries
If we are unable to deliver because of incorrect address details or no one being available, you may need to pay an additional fee for redelivery.
7) Special Instructions
You can leave delivery instructions (e.g., “leave at gate” or “call on arrival”) at checkout. We will do our best to follow them but cannot guarantee all requests can be met.
8) Damaged or Missing Items
- If an item is missing, damaged, or expired upon delivery, please notify us within 2 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- We may ask for photos to help us investigate.
9) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Delivery Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
